What You’ll Be Doing:
This role combines customer service, operations, and field coordination.
You’ll help:
- Show available properties and storage spaces.
- Communicate with tenants and prospective customers.
- Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and lease agreements.
- Support property operations across multiple locations.
- Resolve tenant concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with marketing, social media, and occupancy growth.
- Coordinate with vendors, terminal managers, and ownership.
- Help maintain organized records and leasing systems.
- Support expansion projects and new development initiatives.
You’ll be a key part of keeping operations organized while helping grow occupancy and tenant relationships across our properties.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Calm under pressure and good at solving problems.
- Comfortable balancing office work with field/site visits.
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service.
- Operations coordination.
- Real estate administration.
- Sales.
Additional Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable visiting industrial, residential and outdoor properties.
- Basic computer and digital software skills.
Property management experience is helpful, but we value attitude, professionalism, and work ethic just as much.
