TTS is a growing Texas-based asset management company focused on commercial storage, industrial flex-space, and logistics-centered properties across San Antonio.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This role combines customer service, operations, and field coordination.

You’ll help:
  •  Show available properties and storage spaces.
  •  Communicate with tenants and prospective customers.
  •  Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and lease agreements.
  •  Support property operations across multiple locations. 
  •  Resolve tenant concerns professionally and efficiently. 
  •  Assist with marketing, social media, and occupancy growth. 
  •  Coordinate with vendors, terminal managers, and ownership. 
  •  Help maintain organized records and leasing systems. 
  •  Support expansion projects and new development initiatives. 
You’ll be a key part of keeping operations organized while helping grow occupancy and tenant relationships across our properties.

We’re looking for someone who is:
  •  Professional and reliable.
  •  Organized and detail-oriented.
  •  Comfortable communicating with all types of people. 
  •  Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  •  Calm under pressure and good at solving problems. 
  •  Comfortable balancing office work with field/site visits. 
Preferred Experience:
  •  Customer service.
  •  Operations coordination.
  •  Real estate administration. 
  • Sales. 
Additional Requirements:
  •  Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  •  Valid driver’s license.
  •  Comfortable visiting industrial, residential and outdoor properties. 
  •  Basic computer and digital software skills. 
Property management experience is helpful, but we value attitude, professionalism, and work ethic just as much.
