Truck & Trailer Storage is a growing Texas-based asset management company focused on commercial storage, industrial flex-space, and logistics-centered properties across San Antonio.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This role combines customer service, operations, and field coordination. No two days are exactly the same.
You’ll help:
Show available properties and storage spaces.
Communicate with tenants and prospective customers.
Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and lease agreements.
Support property operations across multiple locations.
Resolve tenant concerns professionally and efficiently.
Assist with marketing, social media, and occupancy growth.
Coordinate with vendors, terminal managers, and ownership.
Help maintain organized records and leasing systems.
Support expansion projects and new development initiatives.
You’ll be a key part of keeping operations organized while helping grow occupancy and tenant relationships across our properties.

Preferred Experience:
Customer service.
Operations coordination.
Real estate administration.
Sales.
Additional Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Valid driver’s license.
Comfortable visiting industrial, residential and outdoor properties.
Basic computer and digital software skills.
Property management experience is helpful, but we value attitude, professionalism, and work ethic just as much.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay based on experience and capability ($18-$24).
